Expanders Program Membership Agreement

PAYMENT
The Expanders Program is a 12-month program. By enrolling in the Expanders Program, you have chosen one of two payment options:
A. $575 USD per month for a minimum of 12 months, and every month thereafter that you choose to remain enrolled in the program. If you cancel your membership before the twelfth billing cycle, your card will still be automatically charged up to 12 billing cycles.
B. $6000 USD per year, paid up front, and on an annual basis each year thereafter that you choose to remain enrolled in the program.
Your payment is a monthly or annual autopay that will renew automatically unless canceled by you.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The contents of this program are for the personal use of currently enrolled students only, and may not be shared with anyone outside of this program, either for free or for profit, without permission.
CODE OF CONDUCT
BYPP is committed to creating a respectful, safe environment free of discrimination, harassment, and offensive/abusive behaviour. All members and coaches are expected to show respect at all times, through written, verbal and visual interactions with one another.
All information shared within the program, including between members, should be treated as confidential and is not to be shared outside of the program.
Failure to follow this code of conduct will result in either a warning or permanent removal from the program, without a refund.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
We are not able to offer any refunds or cancellations for any reason, including withdrawals, non-participation, or extended time away.
Your monthly autopay does not automatically end after 12 monthly cycles, or 1 annual cycle, and we cannot cancel your membership for you. When you cancel, you will always have access until the end of your billing cycle, which is based on the date that you joined the program.
You are not able to pause your membership. After the first 12 billing cycles on monthly autopay, or 1st billing cycle on annual autopay, you can cancel at any time and rejoin later under the same terms.
